Student becomes the Teacher

Graduation ceremonies

Our four granddaughters will all be moving up to new schools in September. All were promoted in ceremonies last week. We are so proud of them! Natasha Kaur, our eldest was presented with the Debate Award, she was the unanimous choice of the entire faculty. Congratulations! (No use arguing, she will win!)

Hot Lime-Ginger Pickle (Tej Nimbo Te Adrak Achar)

Now, mind you, this is not fast food! But when I saw this large bag of beautiful limes in Costco I just had to make my Hot Lime-Ginger Pickle. (Do read through this, or any other recipe, before you begin making it.)
After I soaked 12 limes in hot, soapy water; rinsed and dried them, I cut off the stem end and cut them in eighths (or quarters).

Fenugreek seed has a maple syrup scent, and is a significant home remedy for a variety of conditions. It is an excellent fighter against insulin resistance and has been proven to increase mother’s milk and produce uterine contractions when taken in sufficient quantity (So don't take it when pregnant!).
